Name of service - your name of service (any string).
Host or ip address - name or IP of server you want to monitor (e.g. www.nsmon.com).
Port - port of service you want to check (e.g. 25 for SMTP, 80 for http). Use 0 for ping only probing.
Check interval - how often (in minutes) we would check this service.
